Story:
Jaipur is referred to as "the Pink City". For all around it are the
constantly changing pinkish color sands that are native to the area. With the
Western wind comes a delicate coating of sand that leaves the walls pink but
slides off the glistening golden roofs. Over time, the citizens of Jaipur have
given way to nature and painted almost all of the walls pink. A case of man
moving to be in harmony with nature and going with the natural order of the
environment. Here a group of pink and gold tulips remind me of a lost summer in
Jaipur, and the lesson learned of natural beauty.
